Our Purpose

One of our restaurant managers, John, once said “... and I come to work every day with light feet!”. This was a “eureka” moment for Team Sibus.

To be able to come to work with “light feet”, as John said, so much needs to be in place. An enjoyable working environment, fantastic colleagues, goals to aspire towards, and a real sense of purpose in your role. Work is a huge part of our lives, and it is something that should be a key part of our enjoyment and development as a person.

Sibus' purpose is to create and nurture successful hospitality businesses for our colleagues to prosper in. We spend every day striving to develop workplaces that allow our Sibus family to come to work with “light feet” and a feeling of real personal purpose in what they do.

Our purpose is to continue to grow so that we can keep on hiring more and more people from anywhere in the world and give them the opportunity to achieve their own goals, grow and develop while working in a safe, down-to-earth, playful and caring environment.

As a result we are growing our community in a way that has a positive impact, not only in our work life, but life as a whole. The goal of the purpose is that our community is one where everyone is fulfilled by their work and brings that energy into their lives and families.

As of now we have more then 450 employees from 29 different countries, and we are far from done!
